Not all real estate agents are the same. I feel that in many ways homeowners have lost the control over the sale of their homes with agents, and what has happened has been a deterioration of quality of real estate service. So many agents just want the commission. I want satisfied customers and clients. I don't just put up a For Sale sign and wait. I don't believe in that.
I DON'T just list a home and hope someone else sells it. I have a marketing plan of action that keeps you informed while I get the results you want. I know what you need and what you want:

• You want to realize the best possible price.


• You want the sale to go smoothly and quickly.


• You want the least amount of inconvenience.


• You want to know what is going on at ALL times.

In addition, there are usually two questions that are of immediate concern when you are considering the sale of your property:

• How much can you expect to receive?


• How long will it take to sell?

The answers to these questions are a combination of factors, some of which you control, some we control, and many that no one controls.
