David is a graduate from the University of Minnesota and also holds a degree from Coleman College. He enjoys most outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, SCUBA diving, and sailing. David started his real estate career in 1991 and has a broad background in business and computers. His specialty is negotiating the best possible price and terms for his client's needs.

Originally from Minnesota, Patty moved to San Diego with David in December of 1988. It was the warm, sunny weather and outdoor activities that drew her to the area. Patty has over 20 years experience in customer service roles including catering and working in the medical field. Patty's passion is helping her clients find that perfect, one of a kind property.
